FRENCH PRISONERS TREATED BADLY.

PARIS, Sunday.

A Swiss, who visited a camp of French prisoners in Germany, reports that they are badly fed. The vegetables are not cooked, and the supply of soup is inadequate. Their quarters are not heated, and a thin layer of straw serves as their bed. There is much sickness, and tho death-roll is high.
