Sir Jossph Ward returns to Welli igton to-day after five days' visit to Marlborough, He delivered speeches in Blenheim, Picton, Havelock, Seddou, and Ward, and in every instance was accorded a hearty reception by large audiences. The two principal meetings at Blenheim and Picton were very enthusiastic and were pronounced successes from a Liberal point of view.
