[By Telegraph—Press Association.]

FEILDING, Thursday.

Tho Hon. W. Fraser, Minister c£ Public Works, was welcomed yesterday by the school children and the Chamber of Commerce at Apiti, and by members of tno Chamber of Commerce at Kimbolton.
