MURDERS TWO CHILDREN.

After visitng friends with Ms wifa and children, a man named George Cottlc, aged 29 years, took two sons, aged iivo and throe years for a Avalk. A few minutes later the man was found in a back lane with his throat cut, and. with the two children dead beside him, their heads being almost severed from their bodies. Cottle is not expected to live. His wife is unable to give any explanation as to the cause of the tragedy, although she states that her husband had threatened to cut her and the children's throats.
