At the luncheon in connection with "Manufacturers' Week," Mr Pratten, the President of the Chamber of Manufacturers, pointed out that in 1912 the raw material used in the Commonwealth factories was valued at £9,000,000 more than \n 1911. The wage earners had increased by 15,744 and the value of the factories' output had increased by £15,----500,000..
