ANTI-AMERTUAN" OUTBURSTS

MEXICO CITY, Tuesday. The Federals report that they repulsed the rebels around Tampico with heavy loss. Anti-American outbursts continue in tho capital. An American official was chased into the Brazilian Consulate by a mob thirsting for blood. The Brazilian officials refused to give up tho refugee, and tho mob then departed. Consul Silliinan is still detained, although Mr Bryan is making strong representations for his release.
