(Received Thursday, at J0.20 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Thursday. Mr Horsfall, a prominent pastoralist, has cabled to Sir E. Carson that as Mr Asquith refuses a. referendum on the subject of Home Rule he will give twenty thousand pounds to help the Ulstermen, if driven to light.
