STOCKHOLM, Sunday

Admiral Palander, chairman of the Antarctic Committee and the Society of Anthropology and Geography, has outlined plans of an expedition. costing L' 7,000 kroner, starting in the summer of !!>l."\ and expected to be absent about live years. Six scientists, including two Englishmen, will participate. Half the cost will be provided by the British Museum, the Royal Society, and the Royal Geographical Society. The scientific collection will be divided between Sweden and England.
