Senator .Tones, in the Senate, attacked President Wilson's advocacy of the repeal of exemption, and insinuated that if was the price, paid to foreign Powers for non-interference in Mexico; also, that, one of the conditions is that reparation for losses sustained over Confederate Bonds will be made by a plan sanctioned by the Government under Avhich the burden of reparation falls on the Southern States.

Senator .Tones moved for the production of the correspondence Avith for eign Powers relative to exemption.
