CONDITIONAL BAIL.
(Received Wednesday, at 0.50 a.m.) DURBAN, Tuesday. Boydell, Kentbridge, Tilbury, and Rayburu four of the arrested strike leaders, were allowed bail, the two first in £450, and the other two in £150, subject to certain undertakings. The details have not been disclosed.
