PENALTIES.—FIat Races: The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights) to carry a penalty of lOlbs, and of every additional race a further penalty of Gibs. Horses handicapped at Sst 101b or over to carry only half the above penalties, or if he thinks fit the Handicapper may increase the above penalties. Owners are responsible for all penalties. NOMINATIONS close, with the exception of Maiden and Scurry with the Secretary on SATURDAY, 7th February. 1914, at 9 p.m. WErG.II.TS for tho first day's races will be declared on or about 14th February, 1914.
