RETURNING TO WORK.

CAPETOWN, Sunday. Large numbers of strikers aro returning to work throughout the country, especially at Braamfontein and Bloemfontein. At Durban, while the main body of the strikers is at present standing firm, there is little doubt but that the general strike has been abandoned. The colliery strike in Northern Natal is apparently ending. The owners report that 50 per cent of tho miners are now working.
