The Wairarapa Amateur Athletic Club held an evening meeting on the Park Oval yesterday. Tho two events (300 yds handicap and polo vault) were won by Oscar Gallic, a young athlete who shows much promise. Mr A. Eippon, who acted as starter, handled the field well.
