SOFIA, Thursday. General Vazoff, who was in. command of the Bulgarian investment of Adrianople, in a letter to General Milinkoff, repels tho recent calumnies against the Bulgarians. He declares that their administration of Adrianople (Thrace) was imbued with sentiments of humanity, which were vouched for by tho Russian consul at Adrianople and General Broadwood, who, with the British consul, was entrusted with the distribution of relief the fall of the fortress.
