SERVIANS RETREATING.
BELGRADE, Thursday
Albanians pillaged and set fire to the town of Debra, and are now marching towards Ochrida and Kitchevo. The Servians are greatly -outnumbered, and are retreating, awaiting reinforcements. Servia is calling out tho Morava division of the first reserve, and the Drina and Danube divisions.
The Catholic Archbishop of Durazzo is supporting Essad Pasha, who accuses Ismail Bey of being the hired tool.of the Italian propaganda. Ismail is reported to have been accumulating funds prior to his flight to Europe.'
