SERVIA WARNED.
VIENNA, Wednesday

Advices from Constantinople indicate that the Turks' recent successes over Bulgaria encouraged the Young Turks to incite Mussulman antagonism in Gumuljina. It is reported that numbers of disguised Turkish officers and men with guns and much ammunition arc proceeding to Gumuljina.
