The Eev. D. C. Bates' weatLer forecast, telegraphed at noon to-day, is as follows:— ■
The indications are for variable and strong breezes, but south-easterly moderate to strong winds will prevail, veering by east to north after about twenty; four" to thirty six hours.
The weather will probably be cold and changeable.
The barometer will fall after about twenty-four to thirty-six hours.
