IN THE BALKANS.

FRONTIER DISPUTE.

CAUSE OF THE TROUBLE.

Press Association—Electric Telegraph—Copyright. VIENNA, Monday.

The troubles on the Albanian frontier are due to the severity of the Servian edict forbidding the North Albanian Malissori to visit the markets of Diakova and Prizrend. Hence there was a famine in several places.

The Servians imprisoned the inhabi tants oi Patok and burned the town.

Two thousand Albanian families at Diakova fled to the mountains.
