SYDNEY, Tuesday.
During the bankruptcy examination of F. D. Brown, manager of the Singer Machine Company, Brown stated that his salary as manager was £4000 a. year. During the eighteen years he managed in Australia he took £5,000,000 for the Company, remitting £2,000,000 to America, whereof £1,000,000 was clear profit.
