Giving evidence before the Pure Food Commission, the manager of the Meat Packing Company said that some meat packed in Australia was re-labelled in London, sent back to Australia, and sold here under the name of a well-known English firm. Canned tongues bearing the Euglish brand were worth -Is a dozen more than those bearing the Australian brand.
