When promising a deputation that a central city meat market would be established, the New South Wales Premier (Hon. J. McGowon) said they well knew that certain interested parties were tightening their grip on the industry so that the producers would need ail the facilities to reach the markets of tho world favourably that it was possible to grant tliem.
