Mr Milward, manager of the Pacific Cable Board, laid before Mr Frazor the views of the Board regarding tho new cable to New Zealand and invited the Commonwealth to express its opinion whero the landing at this end should be. Mr Frazor said that he anticipated the adoption ot" a more direct route than at present.
