THE SEAMEN'S STRIKE.
Received Monday, at 9.40 a.m. LONDON, Sunday. Mr Havelpck Wilson, secretary to the Seauiens' Union, alleges that indignation exists on the part of the members of the Union at the action of the Admiralty in chartering several ships, manned with Lascar crews, for conveying guests to the naval review at Portsmouth. Two Australian members of Parliament informed tho Sailors' Union that if the-ships were manned by coolie crews they would not, go on board.
