This evening si new series of pictures will be shown, each having been carefully selected and of the finest quality." "The Sergeant's Daughter" is si powerful military play; "The Redeemed Criminal" is a story of a great jewel robbery, with sill the Essansiy Company's favourites iv the leading roles; "Virginia" in si magnificent historical study, the dressing and surrounding being beautiful;
' - Count Calvert's Crime and '' Youug Henry's Adventures" sire first-class dramas of mystery. Other particularly line pictures'are: "The King's Swordman'' (showing some marvellous swordmauship by an export), "Historic London" (depicting the resting places of England's greatest men, "The Royal Mint" and a number of excellent comedy-dramsis.
