TOKIO, Monday.
The Treaty provides for the complete permaueut cession and annexation of Korea to Japan ; the couferment of the title of Emperor upon the Crown Prince of Korea; tho consorts aud heirs to have appropriate titles, diguity, honour, aud annual grants; the conferment of peerages aud grants upon Koreaus whose services are deserving of special recognition ; and the employment in the public services or qualified Koreaus loyally accepting the new regime.
The Japanese Government, in a statement, declares that as the Korean treaties with foreign Powers will lapse, Japan's existing treaties, as far as practicable, will be applied 4Kb Korea. Foreigners resideut iv Korea will, as far as the conditions will permit, enjoy the same rights aud immunities as in Japan proper, and the protection of legally-acquired rights. NEW YORK, Monday. The Koreuu Treaty of annexation •was published iv Washington under arrangement between Count Uchida, Japanese Ambassador, aud Mr Kuox, Secretary of State.
