Dr Cook proceeded against R. K. Jackson for a fee of 7s (>d, alleged to be due on a general account for consultation aud services. Defendant opposed the claim personally, but his Worship, after hearing- the evidence, gave judgment for plaintiff for the amouut claimed, with costs amounting to 6s. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES.
