The Judge, iv directing the jury to discharge two accused, Dr Fiaschi aud Nurse Young, said in view of the se.coud examination, which discovered the supposed missing orgau, the Crown case utterly failed, and evidently a mistake had been made.
Tiie jury added to the verdict of not guilty a rider to the effect that tliero was uo evidence that the operation was unskilfully performed by Dr Fia.chi.
