HUNT CLUB.

ANNUAL REPORT,

Following is the report of the Master of the Wairarapt Hunt Club (Mr W. H. Buick). to be presented at the annual meeting of members ou Wednesday:—"l am pleased to be able to congratulate members on the most successful season the Club has experieuced since its inception. The balancesheet, issued with this report, shows a very satisfactory state of affairs. Favoured with spleudid weather, the Hunt Club Steeplechase gives us a surplus of £100 5s Bd, which must be considered very satisfactory. We start the coming season with a credit balance of £117 3s sd. This amount would have beeu much larger were it not for tho fact that several subscriptions are outstaudiug. It is due to Mr Rupert Morrison to record the appreciation of members for his strenuous efforts ou our behalf during the past season, aud the amouut received in subscriptions aud donations is in no small measure due to him. Applications for the position of Huntsman have been callod, and those will be considered at the annual meeting. I beg to call a general meeting for Wednesday. 23rd March, 1910, at 3 p.m., at the Club Hotel, Mastertou, when the balance-sheet will be considered, and election of officers for the eusuiug year."
