ADVENTURE IN AN ASYLUM.
An alarming adventure happened to a boy at the lunatic asylum at Klagenfurt recently. He was passing the building with his brother, when one of the patients called to them and invited them to enter, promising them a pair of skates. According to the Mail's Vienna correspondent, one of the boys, who is aged tbirceen, scaled the wall and accompanied the man to a cellar. There the idiot, who was considered quite harmless, seized liim, stripped irini, tied liis feet together, and then huug him up head downwards. Afterwards he cut the boy down and stuffed him up the chimney, blockiDg up the hearth with pieces of wood. Meanwhile the other boy returned home aud told tils parents that his brother had entered the asylum. They immediately applied there, but the lunatic said that the lad had gone after receiving tho pair of skates.
It was unt till next day that moans coming from the chimney attracted attention and the boy was found, half dead from cold, hunger, and fright.
