Following is the aunual report of the Mastertou Gold Dredging Corupauy, Ltd. :— The directors have much pleasure in submitting the annual report aud the statemeut of accounts for the year 31st January, 11)10. The of gold wou during the year was 104oozs3dwts ogrs, yielding £(1484 C>_ lid, and the dividends declared amounted to £3500;* or 14s per share, making, with tbe £5 per share declared prior to 31st January, 15)01), a total of £5 14s per share, or £28,500. The first return from the dredge was on loth September, JSJO4, and the total value of the gold wou to 31st Jauuary, 1910, is over £47,000; the returns since operations commenced have averaged 44ozs per week. The amount of unexpended capital. £400, still remains on fixed deposit with the National Bank of New Zealand, Ltd. In accordance with tbe Articles ol Association, Mr William Hessey retires from office, also Mr James Brown, the auditor; both, being eligible, offer themselves for re-election.
