THOMPSON-PAYNE PICTURES.

The installation of a new dynamo at the Foresters' Hall is being proceeded with, and the management expect shortly to have the more powerful light in full swing. Although to the lay mind the pictures could not be improved upon, there should bo a marked difference with the new apparatus, as the new dynamo is one of the most powerful ever introduced for the purpose of cinematographic projection in the Dominion. Tho programme at preseut being shown is an excellent one. "Muggins, V.0.," was again greatly appreciated last night. The fine Indian picture, "The Mended Lute," also came in for its full share of appreciation. The whole progpume is "well worth seeing. Tomorrow evening a complete change •will be made.
