Saturday was the hottest day experi enced in Eketahuna this year.
Mr J. White, of the local branch of the Bank of New Zealand, is visiting Duuediu for a fortnight. Mr N. Greeu is acting as relieving teller.
The Wonieu's Auxiliary are completing arrangements for the bazaar to be held iv the Public Hall this mouth. Every effort is beiug made to oclipso all previous fuuetious of the kind.
The sixth anniversary of the local Lodge of Druids is to be celebrated by a social aud dauce in the Public Hall.
