COLLAPSE OF A DWELLING,
Press Association—Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received Tuesday, 8.5 a.m. PARIS. Monday. The French Government has decided to provide small tradesmeu aud owners of laud and houses affected by the floods with credit to enable them to start afresh.
A woman aud a young girl returned to an abandoned house at Alfortville, aud it immediately collapsed. Tiie womau was killed, but the girl was rescued.
