WOODVILLE, Friday,

Au influential company has been formed in Woodville, with a capital of £10,000, fully subscribed, and lias purchased the Ghristchurch Meat Company's interest and stock in the Woodville Bacou Works, and also purchased the Woodville Freezing Works from Messrs Nelson Bros. The work of curing bacon will be commenced immediately. Ie is the intention of the new company to add new machinery to the 'plant and make the works here the most complete in the Dominion.
