The section on which the cottage is built to be not larger than J-acre in aiea, and permanently enclosed. 2. The cultivator of the garden to be engaged in some occupation other than the cultivation of his own garden, occasional assistance only to be permissable. 3. Competitors must be members of the Masterton Horticultural and Industrial Society, and make at least one exhibit at the Society's Show. 4. Judging to be done by points as follows : Beauty and General Excellence, 30 points ; Utility, 15 points ; Neatness, 5 points. 5. Judging to be done by one judge to be appointed by the Committee. 6. Entries must be in the hands of the Secretary at least fourteen days prior to the date of Show, which is to be held on 2nd March, 1910.
