Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report on their Poiigaroa sale of Friday, 29tn inst., as follows •.—Wβ held our usual monthly sale as above, when we had a fair yarding of sheen and a good yardiug of cattle, and we have to report a successful sale, practically all the stock being sold under the hammer at satisfactory prices. We quote: —F.in. ewes and iambs 14s, dry ewes 10s lid. forward bullocks £5 10s Gd, 3year steers £4 14s (>d, 2-year steers £3 18s to £4 Is, yearling steers £2 (5s (id, fat cows £4 "to £4 10s, forward store cows £2 15s to £3 os. cows and calves £3 los, spriugiug dairy cows £4 to £5 15s, springing heifers £3 3s 6d to £5, empty 2-year heifers £2 13s, yearliug heifers 325, bulls £2 Is to £3 ss.
