McDonell, an adjournment was granted on the application of Mr Powuall, counsel for the defendant, to give defendant au opportunity to inspect the plaintiff Company's ledger for the purpose of ascertaining the transactions between the parties prior to She date set out in the account which is the cause of the present action. Mr Hollings opposed the application on behalf of the plaintiff Company.
