A UNIVERSAL PROVIDER.

W. CHARMAN.

At this season of the year, when all tradesmen are making specialprovisiou for the wauts of the public, there is no firm more energetic and alive to requirements than W. Oharman, Lower Queen-street. An inspection of this busy store finds the premises packed to overflowing with the thousand and one things essential to housekeeping. Mr Charmau states that there is every iudication of a record Christmas trade, and the fact that mauy patrous come long distances to shop here indicates that good value is given in all departments. The drapery section, witli its increasing trade, has a heap of bargains specially selected for Christmas, and ladies' and children's ready-to-wear garments, hats, etc., are marvellously cheap. Meu's and boys' suits are a specialty. A man or youth can get fitted with three-garment suits for 25s upwards. In the grocery and fancy departments special provision has also been made for the Christmas trade. Large stocks of fruit and seasonable goods of all classes have been opened up. In crockery, glassware, electroplate, etc., Mr Charman has a reputation for low prices, and it is his intention to fully maintain it this season. A capable and willing staff is employed to attend to the requirements of patrons.
