THE ICING COUNTRY.

The Place for Sound Property

Investments

The very best land in the Waikato district is to be found in the King Country, and those who buy into property there now will surely never have any cause to* regret it. Land is being taken up rapidly, for the general quality of the soil is good and the price reamrkably reasonable. It is mostly limestone formation, is well-" watered, no manures are required, and the improved land there is carrying from 2% to 3 sheep per acre. Mr Albert S. Board, land aud estate agent, of Hangatipki, has some rerally good investments on offer in this locality. He has such faith in the future of the King Country that he has acquired holdings there fo himself aud sons. The prices range from £1 for the goodwill up to £0, according to the improvements, the tenure being chiefly O.R.P. On page 8 of this issue Mr Board inserts an advertisement giving particulars of a number of properties which he has for sale, and those on tho lookout for an investment should communicate with him at once.
