HVrOTICE is hereby given of the intention __\ of the Board, at a Special Meeting to be held on the 22nd December, 1906, by way of Special Order, under the provisions of Section 2 of the River Board's Act Amendment Act, 1891, and the Rating Act, 1882, to make a general rate of 1 6 lth of a penny in the pound on the unimproved value of all rateable property in the district, as appearing on the Valuation Roll for the time being in force. Such rate shall be for one year commenced on the Ist day of April, 1906, and ending on 31st day of March, 1907, payablo in one sum on the 26th day of January, 1907, at the County Office, Te Nui, where the Rate Book will be open for inspection.
