TARANAKI LANDS FOR SALE.

One of the oldest and most reliable land and estate agencies in New Plymouth is that conducted by Mr llickman F. Russell, successor to Messrs A. ('. Fookes and Go. (established 18S1). Under the old and new management the linn has always borne a high reputation for sound, straight dealing, and consequently handles a large amount of important land sale business. During tlio past twelvemonths Mr Russell found it necessary to take in a partner to cope with increasing business, and secured the services of Mr John Kemp, late of Canterbury, a practical farmer of considerable experience, whose advice will be placed at the disposal of intending buyers. Mr Russell himself, who is a licensed land broker, was engaged in farming pursuits for I' 2 years in Taranaki, and is fully conversant with the capabilities and values of land in that district. He is frequently employed to value property for Government money lending departments, and he can be absolutely relied upon to give honest advice to prospective buyers. Mr Russell is also agent of the New Zealand Government State Fire and Accident Insurance departments.

On page S of this issue particulars are advertised of properties which are real bargains and can be thoroughly recommended. Every prospective- purchaser of land should have full particulars in reference to same.

The firm reports the following sales for the last four months :— -177 acres, on account of Mr Carrick, to a Rangitikei purchaser ; 1% acres, on account of Mr Murley, to a local investor ; 21 acres and four cottages, on account of Mr Smith, to a Hawera investor ; 210 acres, on account of J. Those having properties for sale would do well to forward full particulars to Hickman F. Russell, Licensed Land Broker, New Plymouth. We have a steady enquiry, and if your price is reasonable business is likely to ensue.
