I Sir,—l can confirm Dr Ilosking's eulogy of "wholemeal," published in your last issue lam surprised at such a recommendation coming from such a source, because if people uso " whole meal" they don't want doctors, If they do as I do, grind up their own wheat with a grit mill to the exact coarseness—not fineness—which keeps them in health, they become their own physicians.—l am, etc., Diogenes.
