A general strike has begun in Moscow,
The Cossacks dispersed a meeting of the revolutionary party which was discussing the Duma elections at Minsk. One hundred and twenty were injured.
In view of threatened demonstrations in Odessa, the police have been ordered to shoot the crowd at first command without firing a volley in the air as a warning.
