A pathetic and remarkable scene was witnessed in the Tso Temple, Tokio, when Admiral Togo, many officers and 2500 sailors worshipped at the shrine of their ancestors, returning thanks for their victories. Spain is willing that the brigand Valiente should be released in exchange for tho two British officers recently captured, and the Moorish authorities are willing toco-operate in the matter.
