London, Last Night,
On the motion of Sir Frank Swettenham, ex-Governor of Straits Settlements, the Bath Club is sending a wreath to be placed on Nelson column, in memory of the French sailors who were killed at Trafalgar.
The resolution has delighted French sporting circles, where the Club is wellknown, and also naval circles.
