America's Ultimatum

America's ultimatum demands the fulfilment of Venezuela's obligations under the Hague Tribunal decision before March, and the remedying of other grievances, otherwise a naval demonstration and the seizure of the Customs will be made.
President Castro's mounted guns include nine twenty centimetre creusots constructed for the Boers.
