The A.J.C. Spring Meeting.

Sydney, Saturday. Following were the principal results to-day : — Derby.—Sylvanifce 1, Koopan 2, Warroo 3

Epsom Handicap.—Contest 1, Kuenalf 2, Sunderland 3, Spring Stakes.—Gladsome 1, Martian 2, Cruciform 3. Eight started. Betting—s to 4 against Lord Cardigan, 4 to 1 Fitzgraffcon, 6 to 1 Gladsome and Cruciform.

Fitzgrafton, followed by Lord Cardigan, Martian, Cruciform and Gladsome, made the running into the straight. Passing tbe Leger stand Gladsome, on the outside, ran to the front, and after a splendid.finish won by a length, Martian beating Cruciform by a couple of lengths. Time, 2min 85sec.

Kensington Handicap.—Regis 1, Mack 2, Cherson 3. Twenty-four started. Won by two lengths. Time, lmin 27jsec.

Martian beat Cruciform by only a head in the Spring Stakes, after a struggle between Stead's pair.
