His Disloyal Sentiments.

A Full Apology to be Demanded.

(Received This Morning, at 1.3 a.m.) Adelaide, Last Night.

In consequence of the remarks made about the King, the Mayor has notified Dowie that he will not be allowed to hold the moetings announced for the Town Hall, and that the further use of the hall is cancelled. The Premier has informed Dowie that owing to the disloyal utterances of which he was guilty the Government has decided that he be not allowed to hold a meeting in any building under Government control. An influentially signed memorial has been presented to the Premier, asking him to demand a full apology from Dowie.
