The Hawkesbury Autumn Handicap resulted as follows :—Sir Leonard 1, Idolize 2, Sir Faust 3. Nine others started. The winner was favourite at 5 to 4. Won easily by six lengths. Time, 2min 16fsec.

The results on Saturday were :— Telegraph Handicap : Apprentice and Argyle dead-heat; divs., £2 5s and 14s. Pemoline walked over for the Strand Handicap, as also did Magnificent for the Jockey Club Handicap. Moeraki won the Hurdles, div. £1 6s ; and Argyle the Miners' Handicap, div., £<i 17s.
