German Contingent in Difficulties.

Capetown, February 7
After relieving Windhoek the contingent returned to Omaruru, and found the rebels in occupation. Tho Germans stormed and recaptured the town, losiDg twenty-four. They are now surrounded. An expedition is being prepared to relieve the contingent.
